Harry Ragland - Co-Founder (deceased 2004) Established the Company in 1955 and spent many years building a solid business foundation in which we are still working from today. Mr. Ragland was a success in his Company and his life in general. He left the Company to his family, and we hope to continue Mr. Ragland's success and keep it in the family for many years to come by dedicating our same efforts.

Lon Legleiter, President/CEO Started with the Company in 1977 and has worked his way from the shop floor to President/CEO. Expert in all areas of the manufacturing side of the business as well as the tooling, engineering, planning, and administrative duties. Lon continues to put all efforts into the continued success of the Company.
Brandi Chadwell, Vice President, since 1997, Contracting and customer support, planning review, purchasing, QMS, HR duties.
Levi Legleiter, Production / Safety, since 2005, Shop maintenance and safety, Production management, purchasing.
Kayla Howard, Administrative Asst., since 2015, Assist to all other office personnel duties, shop support, quoting specialist, data management, customer support.
H&R Parts is located on 2 acres, including 34,618 sq ft of building space for manufacturing equipment and storage.
